Minimum of 2 coaches per station

At each station one coach teaches a drill and the other coaches teaches a game then swap after 5-6 minutes – therefore each group plays a game a drill at each station
When the 12 minutes is up at each station the venue coordinator will blow the whistle – this means finish with group and prepare for the next group
In all each station should receive 5 groups of players
Have layout of stations not too far from each other this maximises time spent at each station
Pitch layout – 5 stations
