1st October

The U9 camogie team played away at Round Towers on Sunday, October 1st.  All the girls played two full matches, the first one against Sallins and the second against Banrion Gaels (Portarlington).  We were evenly matched against both the teams, which made for very enjoyable play. Every player moved in and out of different positions, there were scores galore, and they showed off so many different skills that we’ve been working in weekly training sessions. The weather held for us and everyone enjoyed a great morning out. Thanks to everyone for coming. 

17th September

Moorefield u9 camogie players showed off their skills this morning at the Nurney Camogie Blitz. A super performance was put in by all the girls in every match and they represented themselves and the club very well. Well done. Thanks for everyone attending and to Nurney for organising the tournament. Training again on Monday evening at 6.30pm.
